Downstairs - farmhouse kitchen with large gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer with icemaker.Sitting area with comfortable chairs, DVD & CD player, & Satellite TV. French doors onto south facing covered terrace. Bedroom with double bed, en suite shower, separate wc. Upstairs - Bedroom with double bed. Large mezzzanine area with two single beds. Separate shower, basin, bidet & wc. Outside - Private swimming pool 10m x 5m, automatic filtration and underwater lights. The pool has a security alarm to conform with French law. Lawn and small garden bounded by open farmland.Large covered terrace (see photo) where most of your time will be spent, eating, drinking, and watching the sun rise and set.! Aux Juges is 4kms from the market town of Eymet, which is 25kms south of Bergerac in the Dordogne. There are markets nearly every day in the area, châteaux to visit, vineyards to check out, canoeing on the Dordogne, underground caves etc.... For those who like bike riding there are miles of quiet country roads. You can fly to Bergerac with Ryanair and Flybe, and to Bordeaux with BA and Easyjet. Both airports have car hire facilities. Bordeaux is about 90 minutes drive from the house. |

LOW SEASON £390 pw APPROX OCTOBER THROUGH TO MAY MID SEASON £500 TO £690 MID MAY TO MID JULY AND SEPTEMBER HIGH SEASON £890 pw APPROX SECOND HALF OF JULY AND AUGUST Please email for further details 25% deposit confirms the booking, and the balance is due six weeks before the arrival date. All bed linen is provided. Pool Towels are available at €5 per person per week. Please contact co-owner and general maintenance man John Gardner on the day you start your holiday, on his mobile 00336 1134 1131 to let him know approximate arrival time. A cleaning lady is available on Saturday and Monday if you wish. Her rate is 40€ to change the bed linen, and 2 hours of general cleaning. Please leave the house as you would wish to find it. |
