Set on a hillside in a small hamlet,the house is surrounded by extensive, beautiful views across the valleys. There are extensive lawns, over an acre meadow and 5 acres of woodland and fields where guests are welcome to walk. A few paces from the front terrace, steps lead down to a 12x6 metre salt-treated swimming pool. A large BBQ and a table tennis table as well as plenty of leisure furniture are located on the terraces. There is ample room for parking cars as well as a covered parking area.
Accommodation – downstairs: The kitchen and dining area, and second sitting room are a full-height room with glass sliding doors leading to three terraces, one of which is covered. The superb fitted kitchen is fully-equipped with double oven, gas/electric hob with extractor, fridge/freezer and microwave. As well as the double bowl sink there is a central island unit with an additional sink. A lobby from the terrace leads into the main sitting room (15 x 7 metres) equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. At the rear of the sitting room is a full-size snooker table. In addition there’s a large utility room (with washing machine and deep sink) plus a shower-room with wc and basin.
Accommodation – upstairs: There’s a large principal double bedroom (en-suite) a second double bedroom (en-suite) and two twin bedded rooms. The main bathroom has bath, wc and basin. The galleried landing extends to large open sitting area with video player and a selection of films.

Cleaning The house is thoroughly serviced before your arrival and cleaning during the hire period is the responsibility of the renter. However, if you wish, cleaning services during your stay can be arranged.

Because of the design of the house, it is not ideal for very small children.

How to get here

Travelling from the UK to Hibou
BY CAR The drive from any of the Channel ports can be accomplished within a day. Calais, for instance, is the longest drive at 600 miles but often the easiest.
BY AIR Alternatively, you can fly and hire a car. Toulouse airport is just over an hour's drive, whilst Bordeaux is an hour and a half. British Airways and Easyjet operate services to these airports. Ryanair flies to Bergerac (about an hour's drive) and Carcasonne (about two hour's drive).
BY TRAIN Possibly the most pleasant way to arrive, take a TGV to Agen Station - about a 25 minute drive from Hibou.
