| Summary | The Charente Maritime has everything you would want for your holidays in France. We have two very comfortable Gites for summer rental and long let in the winter. We also have excellent, comfortable, bed and breakfast accommodation. Our gites are equipped to a very high standard with everything to make your holiday comfortable, they each have there own private garden, with garden furniture and BBQs. All our customers have use of our lovely three acre garden and 10 x 5 m swimming pool. Our games room has a POOL TABLE, TABLE TENNIS and football game, with other activies in the garden. | |

GITE ONE. (SLEEPS UP TO EIGHT) The accommodation sleeps 8 and is well equipped with everything to make your holiday comfortable. The front door leads to: Hallway - with a table, chairs and book case Open plan living room / kitchen - there is a table and chairs, dresser, settee, satellite T.V DVD player and radio cassette/CD. The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard with dish washer, full size cooker, washing machine, microwave and Fridge/Freezer. For winter lets there is central heating. Bedroom One - Has bunk beds and a single bed. Bedroom Two - Has two single beds or can be made up as a king size, which ever you prefer. Bedroom Three - Has a king size bed and a single bed. Two Bathrooms - One with a shower and wash hand basin and the other with a bath, basin and toilet, also a separate toilet. Outside is a private garden, with patio furniture and BBQ. GITE TWO (SLEEPS FIVE) The accommodation sleeps 5 and is well equipped with everything to make your holiday comfortable. Entrance to Lounge dinner, with comfortable settee, table and chairs, Satellite TV, DVD Player and radio cassette / CD. Central heating and WOOD Burner for winter lets. Bedroom One has bunk beds, a single bed and a wardrobe, Bedroom two has a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath with a shower, wash basin and W.C, there is also a separate W.C. The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard, with a dishwasher , full size cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The Gite has french doors that open up into a private garden with patio furniture and BBQ. We provide all bed linen, tea towels (except beach towels) in both gites. We have a games room with a pool table, table tennis, football game, the three acre garden offers football, volley ball and other activities for children. BED AND BREAKFAST Double room - King-size bed, French TV and DVD Player, easy chairs, en-suite. Family room - One room with king-size bed, easy chairs and another room with double bed and a single bed, these rooms share a bathroom, with bath and shower and separate W.C. LONG LET Cofortable accommodation, with English Tv, central heatng and wood burner. |

Situated in the village of Montpellier de Medillan, 20 Minutes from the lovely beaches of St.Georges-de-Didonne and Meschers, with Pons, Cognac, Saintes and Royan all within easy reach, we are ideally situated for exploring the coast and towns of the Charente Maritime. The Gites are equipped to a very high standard and have everything to make you holiday comfortable. Each Gite has a secure private garden and to the rear of the property is a swimming pool set in 3 acres of garden. Excellent accommodation for long let with central heating and satellite TV. Only 125 euros per week including electricity. The Charente Maritime everything you could ever want in a holiday. Sandy beaches that go on for miles, with interesting coves and calm waveless family bathing spots to the fiercest surf for the sporty. A wonderful climate second only to the Cote d’ Azur with up to twice as much sunshine as the UK and most months 20-30% warmer. |

Long term let is available the price is 150 euros per week for periods of 4 weeks and more, this includes central heating and electricity but not logs for the wood burner or gas for additional heating in the three bedroom gite. Bed and Breakfast rates are 55 euros per night for a double room with ensuite facilities and 60 euros per night for our principle room with T.V. (french) and DVD. We also have a family room with double bedroom and triple bedroom, these rooms share a bathroom, with bath, shower and seperate W.C. The price for this accommodation is 55 euros for two people and 15 euros per additional person/ child, under fives are charged at 10 euros per night, under twos are free. |
