The villa has one twin room (single bed and clic clac bed) with ensuite shower room on the ground floor, one double and one twin room, together with family bathroom upstairs. The lounge/kichen/diner offers comfortable living accommodation, and the terrace to the rear of the property is ideal for enjoying the outdoor life that holidays are made of. There is a dedicated parking space adjacent to the villa and the Domaine is gated with security passcode. The lovely pool area (residents only) is secure and only 2 minutes walk from the villa itself. (No food or drinks to be taken to the pool area). Linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided. Pezenas is the perfect location to enjoy the Mediterraean beaches only 20 minutes away, the history of Carcassonne and the Cathar Castles just an hour and half by car, wonderful Montpellier only 45 minutes drive and the Carmargue within easy reach, why not take a day and enjoy wine tastings at the wine caves in the villages close to Pezenas - lots to choose from. Canoeing in the Orb Valley, golf at Beziers (15 minutes), horseriding at La Tamarissiere on the coast (15 minutes), Aqualand at Cap d'Agde (20 minutes) are all close at hand. The new Viaduct Bridge at Millau (1 hour) is a fantastic day out - the spectacle of the span crossing the valley is awesome. Call back in at La Couvertoirade a Knights Templar village and stroll round the twisty streets or stop at Le Caylar and see the twisted tree in the centre of the village. Or just take time out and visit the vibrant markets of Pezenas (Saturday all day), Clermont l'Herault (Wednesday morning), take a coffee and watch the world go by. |

By road from Calais, via the A75 at Clermont Ferrand, taking the exit for Pezenas Sud, follow signs for Pezenas and at the first roundabout take the thrid exit signed Roujan/Bedarieux, continue to the next roundabout and take the second exit again signed Roujan/Bedarieux, at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit (by the Fire Station) and continue on this small road for about 500mts, take the first right turn and you will find yourself at the entrance to Domain Coteau de Moliere - through the gates continue straight down and take the third turn left and continue to the end of the road where you will find Villa Moya, number 14. Ryanair to Montpellier (1 hour), Nimes (1 hour 15 mins), Carcassonne (1.5 hrs) or Perpignan - us A9 motorway, exiting at Jnc 34 for Agde/Pezenas |
