Built of local stone, the 200 year old building has been beautifully restored and renovated in order to retain its charm and character, with many of its original beams and features. Spacious, light and comfortable with all new fixtures and fittings, the internal accommodation, covers two floors with the bedrooms and one shower room on the upper floor. This can be easily accessed by stairs or from the upper ground level, therefore making it accessible for wheelchairs or the elderly. The spacious open plan ground floor comprises kitchen/dining, 2nd shower room, utility room and large lounge with open fireplace, 3-piece lounge suite, satellite TV and DVD and CD/radio. |

| Location |
La Grange is ideally located for a large variety of sightseeing and recreational activities. The closest towns include the superbly dramatic medieval town of Rocamadour (10 mins by car); Lacave on the banks of the Dordogne River (10 mins by car); St Sozy providing canoeing facilities on the Dordogne River (20 mins by car); the market town of Gramat, selling local produce and wares and offering pony treks (20 mins by car), the prehistopark with fascinating displays and life-size models of prehistoric animals (8 mins by car); as well as many others. La Grange is also very close to many restaurants, shops, supermarkets and other amenities in the nearby market towns of Souillac (20 mins) and Gramat (20 mins) among others. The closest shops for buying basic supplies are at Rocamadour (5 mins). |

Weekly rental prices are as follows: 01 Jan - 25 Apr 2008 £550 26 Apr - 27 Jun 2008 £700 28 Jun - 12 Sep 2008 £895 13 Sep - 03 Oct 2008 £700 04 Oct - 31 Dec 2008 £550 All prices are per week (Saturday changeover) and include all bed linen, towels and poolside towels. Prices for other dates and group numbers available on application. A deposit of 10% of the rental value is required on booking with the remaining balance (including a £200 security deposit) payable no less than 8 weeks before arrival. A small extra charge is made in the off-season period for electricity. |
