Accommodation is as follows: Living Area: Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer,washer/dryer kettle,toaster,coffee perculator and crockery. Lounge Area with UK Sky TV/DVD, CD player, 2 three seater settees, table and chairs. Bedroom 1: Ground floor with double bed and ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2: First floor with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3: first floor with quality Bunk Beds. Bathroom: First floor with bath and shower over. Garden: There is a private, child safe, fenced garden with gated side access giving access to the pool 20 metres away. There are views over Pezenas which can be seen in the photo gallery (Photo 3) The garden has table and chairs, loungers, barbecue and outside light. Pool: The 180 square metre pool is for residents use only and just 20 metres from either the front door or side gate. There is a private parking space directly outside the house. PEZENAS - A wonderful Medieval town which you can walk to in 10 minutes or drive in 2 minutes. Here you will find everything you need from Supermarkets to numerous quality charismatic child friendly restaurants. CAP D'AGDE - A Modern, typically Mediterannean holiday resort, a 20 minute drive with the following attractions: International Golf Course Aqua Park Isle des Loisirs (Fairground) Long stretches of beautifully maintained beaches Marina with boat/Jet ski hire and promenade restaurants with live summer music CARCASSONNE - A Vast Medieval walled city full of character and history reached in just over an hour. ST GUILHEM LE DESERT - Designated as one of the most beautiful villages in France, full of old world charm and character with shops, restaurants etc. Situated on the edge of a beautiful gorge where you can hire canoes/kayaks. This is a 45 minute drive through beautiful countryside. MONTPELLIER - The largest local city, full of wonderful architecture, beautiful shops and busy central pavement cafes. Montpellier can be reached in 45 minutes. LAC SALAGOU - A 45 minute drive through vineyards and you will reach this beautiful activity lake where you can walk, hire boats swim or just relax. PRICES: July and August: 650 Pounds per week May, June and September: 275 pounds per week Other dates: 250 pounds per week There are no additional charges, all linen and towels are provided. 30% deposit secures a booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
