Les Romarins is in a highly desirable location, midway between Bezier and Pezenas, just 15 miles from the shimmering Mediterranean, endless beaches (nearest only 15 mins away)and the outlying area is awash with vineyards. Accommodation: Kitchen - Well equipped large modern kitchen, with washing machine,Full size fridge freezer, Electric hob with extractor above, full size oven, microwave, kettle, also provided is an Iron & Ironing board, plus there is an outside drying line for your convenience. Dining room ~ Large dining table and chairs which seats 8/9, High chair also provided, French doors leading out to back garden and top terrace. Living room - Comfortable sofa's & foot stool, UK T.V. Satellite, 21" flat screen TV, DVD player, Hi Fi, French doors over looking the pool and far reaching views. Downstairs WC with hand basin, mirror & window. Bedroom one ~ Downstairs large airy room with double bed, bedside table & lamp,hairdryer, ample storage, over looking back garden. Bedroom two ~ Double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside tables & lamp, fan, hairdryer, over looking pool & fantastic views far & beyond. Bedroom three ~ Twin room, this room has a portable TV and an Xbox with games for children & adults to play!! ample storage & bedside table with lamp. Bedroom four ~ I twin with full size bunk beds, ample storage & bedside table with lamp. Cot also available (No extra charge). Large Family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, sink & under sink cupboard with large vanity mirror with lights above, laundry basket. Exterior: Large well maintained private South facing garden, completely fenced with unrestricted beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards, hills & views towards the village of Valros and beyond, with large swimming pool 10mtr x 4mtr,depth 1.6mtr to 2mtr deep, with semicircle steps leading into pool (for sole use of guests). In accordance with French Safety Law the pool is equipped with an alarm system. Also included is a large stone bbq, table and chairs on both terraces, there is also outside lighting on the top terrace for late outside dining, also provided is ample sun beds. All linen including quilts, bathroom towels, pool towels(beach)and kitchen linen provided. So less to carry if you are flying! Please bring Oil Free Suntan lotions to prevent damage to the Swimming Pool Filter Regrettably we cannot accept pets and the property is non - smoking. |

CAP D'AGDE - A Modern, typically Mediterranean holiday resort, a 20 minute drive with the following attractions: International Golf Course Aqua Park Isle des Loisirs (Fairground) Long stretches of beautifully maintained beaches Marina with boat/Jet ski hire and promenade restaurants with live summer music CARCASSONNE - A Vast Medieval walled city full of character and history reached in just over an hour. ST GUILHEM LE DESERT - Designated as one of the most beautiful villages in France, full of old world charm and character with shops, restaurants etc. Situated on the edge of a beautiful gorge where you can hire canoes/kayaks. This is a 45 minute drive through beautiful countryside. MONTPELLIER - The largest local city, full of wonderful architecture, beautiful shops and busy central pavement cafes. Montpellier can be reached in 45 minutes. LAC SALAGOU - A 45 minute drive through vineyards and you will reach this beautiful activity lake where you can walk, hire boats swim or just relax. Prices for 2008/2009 Low Season - 3 January - 25 April 31 October - 26 December Please email for details Mid Season - 2 May - 27 June 5 September - 31 October £585.00 High Season - 27 June - 18 July £985.00 Peak Season - 18 July - 5 September £1130.00 All above rates are on a weekly basis. Saturday to Saturday arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am. There are no additional charges, all linen, quilts and bathroom towels + Pool towels are provided. 30% deposit secures a booking, dates are held for 10 days until deposit cheque is received, this is non refundable with the balance payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. There is a refundable damage deposit of £150 pounds payable with final payment. The Pool is open from April until October.
