Kitchen: well equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob with extractor fan above, microwave, cutlery and all cooking utensils. Dining Area: Large dining table and chairs for 8. Bookshelf: books for children & Adults, CD Player. Lounge: Large Sofas with large footstool, TV/DVD player, coffee table, TV cabinet with family board games inside. Family Bathroom 1.: bath, shower, twin hand basins, under sink cupboard with large vanity mirror with lights above. Laundry basket. VALROS: Typical French village surrounded by vineyards, walking distance to patisserie, locally grown fresh fruit & veg shop and a highly recommended restaurant. GOLF: There are at least 2 golf cources within 20 minutes drive. Beziers Saint Thomas (10 minutes)Cap d'Agde(20 minutes) La Grande Motte (45 minutes) and many other local courses. ROCHLONGE BEACH: is situated near Cap d'Agde and has a few beach shops, beach bars and snack places. Beach 15-20 minutes away. PEZENAS: A town with a great deal of character and historical interest. Good Saturday market from 9am - 4pm. Many restaurants, traditional patisseries, cafes and fine wine.. CANAL DU MIDI: Very French and picturesque. CAP D'AGDE: Lots to do and see.... Beautiful Marina edged with restaurants, shops and promenade with live music. Water Park, Luna Park, Aquarium, Dino Land, Fairground, beautiful beaches. VALRAS PLAGE: 15 minute drive to shops and restaurants leading to endless sandy beach. AIGUES MORTES: About an hours drive, very pretty historic town. MONTPELLIER: 45 minute drive to the largest local city which is full of wonderful architecture, cafes and shops. CARCASSONNE: Beautiful town with Medieval walled castle. Car park near main entrance. Many shops and restaurants. LAC DE SALAGOU: Large inland lake where you can enjoy many activities: windsurfing, sailing and pedalows etc, only a 45 minutes drive from Valros. Mountain biking: lots of places to explore. |

Easyjet: Fly from Bristol to Toulouse (transfer time approx 2 hrs) April/May 2008 Fly from Bristol to Bezier airport (approx. 20 minute transfer!) Ryanair: Fly from many UK airports to Montpellier, Perpignan, Carcassonne (all within an 1 hours transfer time), Nimes (1 1/2 hrs) and Girona in Spain (transfer time is under 2 hours). Flybe: Fly from Exeter to Avignon. Ferries and Eurotunnel: Driving from Calais to Valros will take you a days drive. |

Rates are on a weekly basis. . Saturday to Saturday. . Arrive after 4pm and depart by 10am. 30% non-refundable deposit secures a booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. A refundable damage deposit of £200 is to be paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, this will be refunded in full when you've had a damage free holiday! The swimming pool is usable from April to October. Unfortunately we cannot allow pets or smoking in this property. Quilts, Bed Linen, Bath, hand and tea towels are provided.
