This most attractive and spacious 35 sqm studio/apartment is fully appointed and furnished in a modern style: flat screen tv, satelite, internet, dvd, dvdix, hi-fi etc. It is situated literally at the foot of the Sacre Coeur. (In the heart of the Amelie Poulain area). From this location you have easy access to any part of the city. It’s only a short walk to the Moulin Rouge, to the Opera, to the prestigious Place Vendome (Cartier, Mikimoto, Hotel Ritz, Boucheron, Van Cleef et Arpeels, excellent shopping !!!), the Louvre and the famous Haussmann shopping area. The artistic Place du Tertre next to the Sacre Coeur is full of atmosphere all year round, bustling with artists sketching and painting in the open air from morning to night. The metro (underground) " Abbesses" is on the corner of the road. There are many buses ,the free Montmatre bus and the little Montmatre car/train both go right past the apartment. There are many cafés, french restaurants and romantic bistros in this area and also it’s famous for its wine bars and jazz clubs. If you decide to have a night off and eat in you will find plenty of authentic French food shops at your doorstep. THE APARTMENT A spacious studio, fully appointed and furnished in a modern style. Digital code entry. LIVING ROOM: Furnished with a sofa (can pull out for extra sleeping space, latted wood slats) and leather armchair, flat screen TV, satellite, DVD player, DVDIX, hi-fi and Internet. We also provide a selection of DVDs to view. The double bed (also slatted wood) is super comfortable with plenty of wardrobe and shelf space. It has wooden teak flooring throughout. Heating: electric All linens provided (sheets, towels and tea towels, bath mats) KITCHEN: A fully equipped kitchen, induction cook top, dishwasher, microwave/oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, drip coffee-maker, mixer, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Iron and ironing board provided. BATHROOM: A separate luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail radiater, as well as a hair dryer, makeup mirror, plenty of cupboard space etc. Washing machine. - Easy access to any part of the city, including the Eurodisney train which goes from the Gare du Nord and also the Eurostar. - Paris Velolib, ride anywhere free for 30 mins on paris bikes and then change at bike station, visit your monument then pick up another bike free for 30 mins etc. fanatastic value! We have a bike station on the corner of the road. - Plenty of buses - The metro station is on the corner of the road. |

EUROSTAR: 10 minutes CDG airport: 40 minutes ORLY airport: 40 minutes Airport buses available or trains from the airports, very easy! By car 3 hrs from the Eurotunnel, please contact me for road details. From Beauvais airport there is also a coach which you can reserve directly on the web and that brings you into Porte Maillot in Paris. We do run an airport pick up service which is 90 euros round trip. |
