| Detail | This delightful little cabanon has been renovated to a very high standard. It has a double bedroom, shower room, kitchen and small sitting room.There is a small shady terrace for eating out. It is set in the lovely grounds of its french owners and benefits from the use of their beautiful pool. It is an ideal retreat for a couple who want to experience the true provence. | |

The area has many medieval villages including the lovely hill top village of Tourtour one of the 'plus beaux villages de France' with its panaromic views, just a few minutes drive away. There are many beautiful walks from Salernes including one to the site de Saint Barthelemy and the Cascade de Sillans, both worth a visit. The beautiful Lac de Saint Croix offers many watersports for the more active and is less that 30 minutes drive away, as is the spectacular Gorges du Verdon with it breathtaking views. If you prefer a quiet time just soaking up the provencal atmosphere, a trip to Salernes on market day is a must. There you can sit with a coffee or beer at one of the shady tables in the square and watch it all happen around you. The beaches of the mediterranean are less than an hour away and if you want to explore the glamourous towns of St. Tropez, Cannes and Nice they are all within easy driving distance. |
