Villa du Plaine is set in the foothills of the charming medieval village of Seillans, which has been classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France and is just a couple of minutes away by car! The villa is set in tranquil grounds of 2500m2 in a cul-de-sac surrounded by vineyards giving you that special feeling of being in the heart of the Provence. The large area of flat terrain surrounding the villa has been designed with children in mind. There is an outdoor games area that will keep your children entertained! All rooms are on ground floor level and there is a separate studio room which is independently accessible. Villa du Plaine is therefore particularly suitable for a large family or group holiday for all ages! |

Villa du Plaine has a spacious air conditioned living room with open plan dining area, large sofas and cosy wood burning stove and American kitchen with breakfast bar that opens onto the large terrace overlooking the pool area. Fully equipped kitchen includes fridge freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave with easy access to your terrace should you wish to dine outside. The first bedroom is a double bedroom with wardrobe. The second is a double bedroom with chest of drawers and wardrobe. The third is a twin bedded room with wall unit and wardrobe. The fourth room is again a twin bedded room with wardrobe. The fifth room, the studio room with separate access sleeps 2/3 with a double bed, sofa bed and bathroom. Bathroom 1 comprises of a bath/shower, hand basin and WC. Bathroom 2 comprises of a shower and hand basin. Bathroom 3 in the studio room comprises of a shower, hand basin and WC. Separate toilet in the entrance hall. Outside you will find extensive, sunny terraces with sun beds, swimming pool of 10 x 5m and of 1,5m uniformed depth with an eco friendly solar powered heating system that could warm the pool out of main season, a roof tiled section and large umbrellas so you will have a choice of sunny or shady spots, outside dining furniture that comfortably seats 12. BBQ and additional drinks fridge. Plenty of parking places. Boules area, a basketball court and removable volleyball net over the pool. All the ingredients for a perfect family holiday in the Provence! Extra facilities: Satellite television, DVD and CD player,internet access, printer and telephone. |

Seillans is one of 5 charming hilltop villages, ideally situated halfway between the sea and the mountains. You will find many little shops in narrow, winding streets, a great choice of restaurants, many offering typical Provençal menus, local colourful markets and much more...... Lac. de St. Cassien is only 15 minutes away and offers you a great day out for swimming, canoe and pedalo hire, picnic areas etc. Fayence Gliding Centre offers you the possibility of flights 365 a year. The prestigious 2 x 18 hole golf course Terre Blanche is nearby located and there are many other golf courses in the area. Beaches of Fréjus and Cannes are only 30 minutes away! St. Tropez, Nice, Monaco are all within easy reach from Seillans. Further inland you can explore the spectacular Gorges du Verdon. Changeover day usually Saturday, although this is more flexible out of main season. Rental prices in main season are inclusive of electricity, cleaning prior to and after your stay, maintenance of swimming pool. Linen and towels (not beach) are provided.
