Situated in a small hamlet, but not isolated. Large supermarkets & shops within 5/15 minutes drive. Large attractive and very secure garden Cot available. Bergerac Airport is only 15 minutes away - Ryanair and Flybe Open plan kitchen/living room - fully fitted kitchen, electric cooker, microwave, dishes and utensils, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, DVD library BBQ, patio, satellite TV (with UK programmes, inc BBC & ITV). Bathroom with WC, Vanity unit and shower cabinet. Two double bedrooms - one with double bed and the other with twin singles. 2 bicycles available. Wheelchair accessible. GOLF Superb Golf Course 5 kilometres at Chateau de Vigiers at Monestier. (We can loan you golf clubs - no charge) Château des Vigiers is a holiday course which all golfers can enjoy, but it can easily be made very challenging by strategically positioning the pins on the undulating greens. The 18 hole par 72 championship style course was designed and constructed by Donald Steel who has considerable international experience, including work at St. Andrews and Chantilly. Donald Steel has created a unique environment in which to play golf and relax with nature by integrating the course design into the working plum orchards and vineyards, as well as the oak woods and lakes surrounding the Château. Even if Golf is not of interest, there are 2 excellent restaurants overlooking the beautilful lake and surrounding area. At the less formal Brassier, you can eat outside on the terrace in the shade of the trees. A visit definitely recommended. Other sporting facilities are available on the estate including swimming, tennis, cycling and fishing. Horse-riding can be organised nearby. Please enquire for further details.
