Their house, a maison de vigneron (original winemakers house), has been sympathetically divided into 4 self-contained apartments. This allows Tony and Marian to offer a range of accommodation from ONE BEDROOM APARTMENTS suitable for 1 or 2 people, to a 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT which has a full bathroom and also a separate en-suite suitable for 6 +. They are open all year around and welcome long winter/spring lets, weekend/short breaks, househunting forays as well as summer sun worshipping. If looking for a few days only Tony and Marian also offer B&B.
With over 300 days of sunshine, the best temperatures in France and a largely undiscovered countryside, why not either fly (budget flights available) or drive (and take back more wine) and sample what the region has to offer?

The house has been lovingly converted from an original maison de vigneron (winemakers house). It has been described as having one of the most beautiful façades in the area (see photo above). A plaque above the door states 1877 although we believe that this was when the current facade was created. We have been told that the house is probably older. Wherever possible the original features of the house have been retained during the conversion although modern conveniences have been added for the comfort of our guests. Descriptions of different apartments available are listed below. Photographs of specific apartments can be sent to you.
A large self-contained apartment comprising 2 or 3 separate bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people. The apartment has a large living room containing open plan kitchen with a washing machine, large fridge/freezer, gas cooker with grill, microwave and a coffee maker (espresso and filter). There is a spacious dining table and chairs and a three seater settee which converts to an occasional bed. A log burner has been recently installed for those chilly winter evenings and there is WIFI (free use), a tv with UK satellite and a CD player with radio and tape. Sleeping accommodation includes one double and one twin bedroom with a separate bathroom and wc. The third bedroom (another double)is large enough to accommodate a further single child's bed and has an additional ensuite shower with wc. This bedroom also contains a second settee and easy chairs for relaxing after a busy day exploring. It has french windows with access onto the small balcony at the front of the house.
A self-contained apartment suitable for a single person or couple. A beautifully presented and well equipped apartment, it includes a double bedroom with plenty of storage and seating corner, a dining kitchen (gas cooker, fridge with ice box, microwave and an original sink and drainer). There is an oval table and chairs and plenty of storage. A pretty shower room with wc completes the apartment. Sleeping accommodation has been created whilst retaining the character of the original rooms. An original marble fireplace, traditional tiled floors and incredible decorative plasterwork together with shuttered french windows which allows access to a small balcony at the front of the house. Again WIFI access is available from this apartment
The Studio apartment is a recently modernised studio apartment containing a double and single bed, shower room and separate W/C. The apartment has a kitchenette (fridge, sink, 2 ring electric hob and microwave with grill), dining table and chairs and a settee. It is spacious and cool during the long hot summers. Although modern in appearance, this apartment still has the original wood beams (half trees really!) from the construction of the original workrooms of the vigneron. It is suitable for a couple, 2 friends or a couple with one child and is possibly the most comfortable of our apartments during July and August.
This split level apartment offers flexible accommodation suitable for couples, families or groups of friends looking for an inexpensive base from which to explore the area. Downstairs contains a entrance vestibule with staircase to the upper floor together with access to the bathroom and toilet. An arch (curtained for privacy) leads to a large airy studio apartment with open plan kitchen, dining table and chairs and the sleeping area which has a double bed. Upstairs there are a further two large bedrooms containing either a double and single bed or 2 single beds. The downstairs area can be rented by couples or all rooms can used for larger parties.
All apartments contain plenty of storage, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc plus kettle, coffee maker and clothes airer. All electrical goods are new. Home made cushions, quilts and throws are provided for the comfort of guests.

On two mornings per week there is a market in the square offering a range of produce and goods. There is a bar and a small but good restaurant in the village.
