The BEAUTIFUL ORNAMENTAL GARDENS and the POOL in it own mature garden , with sunny and shaded fresh large terrace , is heated if necessary ,( Spring and Autumn ) close to the cottage ) and enclosed , ( secured for children ) are shared with the owners : Remi and Frederique . This ELEGANT property is 10 minutes driving ,or riding bicycle along the River Loire , or 15 minutes by city bus, from ORLEANS : very nice MEDIEVAL CITY on the RIVER LOIRE , inseparably linked with that of JOAN OF ARC( with the house where she stayed in 1429 !), but also many nice shops, restaurants, antiques ( flea market every saturday morning ) etc, etc... LARGE HOUSE: 150 M2. ONLY THIS HOUSE IS RENTED ON OUR PROPERTY : NO OTHER GUESTS during your stay . For Pets LOVERS : we have 2 nice female DOGS ...and a cat Chipie . Inside: a LARGE well equipped KITCHEN ( oven, microwave, NESPRESSO COFFEE machine ,dishwasher, etc...) with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms : a double bed room, a twins bedroom with a baby bed) and a mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds ( more suitable for children , no privacy ) . Washing machine and Dryer . Sleeps 6 ADULTS MAX + and 1 baby. (Cot ) A LARGE LIVING ROOM with a real fireplace,( no stove in it ..) LARGE T.V, with cable service and CHANNELS in ENGLISH .,D.V.D , separate dining room., radio-laser discs with many laser discs, English language touristics guides, English books ,magazines, etc.. No phone in the cottage . CENTRAL HEATING , and wood provided for the fireplace in Winter . FREE WIRELESS ACCESS for your lap top in the cottage , or in the main House Le Cormier,free access to Frederique's iMac . WE CAN LOAN YOU a SAT NAV ( GPS ) in English . REALLY LOVELY decoration and ANTIQUE AUTHENTIQUE FRENCH family country furniture ( but new and comfortable beds.) Very lively and authentiq cottage with unique atmosphere. This house used to be rented all year long, and is so much more than an house planned only for holidays stays. .this is a REAL HOME AWAY HOME . The property is since 1800 in the same family, Remi and Frederique has lived in since 33 years . The property and the Beautiful ornamental gardens had been rented in the past years for 2 films location, and almost every year for shooting for garden pictures . The house is rented ALL INCLUSIVE with so GENEROUS EXTRAS AS . : charges, electricity, with self catering breakfasts, home made jams, coffees, tea, milk,juices, etc.. and fresh breads and croissants fot the 1 st day with a first meal in the fridge. a well stocked pantry. Linen and towels included, and many , many special other special attentions and UNIQUE EXTRAS .. (soft drinks, wines,alcools,flowers, candles, home made drawing stationery, post cards ,stamps etc..) . The house is 10 min driving from ORLEANS, in the LOIRE VALLEY , 30 min driving to CHAMBORD CHATEAU or BLOIS , and close to many other LOIRE CHATEAUX , ideally located to discover the LOIRE WINE VALLEY and also SANCERRE , etc.. 45 Min driving from Chartres, Fontainebleau. 1 hour driving from PARIS ( or by direct train ) or VERSAILLES CHATEAU , 1 hour and half from ROISSY AIRPORT and DISNEYLAND . 2 hours and half from Beauvais airport ( direct low cost flights from Great Britain ) 1 hour from Tours Airport ( London-Tours , direct low cost flights with Ryanair.) 4 Hours from Channel Tunnel . 8 GOLFS courses in the area.
